I like this deviation for 2 main reasons: The under water/above water perspective; The textures (Specifically, the croc's large armored scales & the dino's small pebble-like scales).
i was trying to figure out what was in its mouth...iguanadon,ouranosaurus,whatever it is...my best guess is edmontosaurus...either way it looks awesome,however,it could use a LOT more blood,considering its a severed head
It was supposing to be the head of a lambeosaurus, the head is facing into the canvas and what you are mainly looking at is the back of its jaw and throat. There was a Lambeosaurus skull and a Deinosuchus skull accompanying this painting, I should probably make it more monotone which would probably help others to make out the form better. Sorry for the late reply. It was museum piece so I probably have to cut down on the blood, let's say the blood was kind of diluted as soon as it came out so it wouldn't be too obvious
